
Sweet blueberry pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The pie is made using buttermilk (a low-fat dairy product). If you can't find buttermilk, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to a glass of milk. The finished pie can be eaten warm, but not hot. It can also be frozen and reheated in a microwave oven before serving.

1. Place ¼ cup of flour in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

3. In another bowl, mix the remaining flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

4. In another bowl, pour the buttermilk (or its substitute), eggs, white sugar, and melted butter, then mix.
