Sweet Omelet in a Multicooker
Description
The appetizer is prepared quickly and simply. A sweet omelet is easier than easy to make. Turn on the multicooker in frying mode. While it heats up, separate the whites from the yolks and beat them separately—the yolks with sugar and the whites with a pinch of salt. Then mix the beaten egg parts together. Fry half of the omelet mixture in half of the butter for 1 minute on each side, then repeat with the second half. Spread the omelet pancake with jam or preserves to taste, fold in half, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve. Serve with herbs and sauce.
