Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake until the potatoes are tender, for 25 to 30 minutes. Brush the cooked potatoes with butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar, nuts, and cayenne pepper. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the sugar hardens. Gently shake and serve.
