Description

Homemade pastries for tea. Fry the straws in sunflower oil, then dust with powdered sugar. Add strong alcohol (vodka, rum) to the dough to make it crispy when fried. You can cut them into strips or triangles, make a slit in the center and twist, or leave them as is. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

    1. Mix sour cream, egg yolks, alcohol, and wheat flour, knead the dough. Immediately divide it into several parts and roll out thinly.
