Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. The listed amount of ingredients is enough to make 12–14 small biscuits. For those who prefer sweeter pastries, increase the amount of honey or add an extra small amount (1–2 tbsp) of granulated sugar. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

    Weigh and measure all the necessary ingredients. Keep in mind that the amount of flour needed for making sweet rye crackers depends on the thickness of the honey and the size of the egg, so it may vary within the specified limits.

    In a suitable container, melt the butter until it reaches a sour cream‑like consistency, add honey and cinnamon, and stir.

    Pour the milk into the resulting mixture and beat in an egg, then mix again.

    Separately combine rye flour (start with 200 grams) and the leavening agent, place in a sieve. Add the sifted flour to the mixture of the other components in batches and mix thoroughly.
