Sweet buns

Description

Goes perfectly with tea and coffee. You can make sweet “Buhty” buns with jam or any thick preserve—the important thing is that it be thick. I offer you the classic version. Once the buns have cooled, you can freeze them and, when needed, thaw and reheat them later. They will taste like freshly baked! You can split the buns lengthwise into 2–3 pieces and toast them in a toaster—you’ll get wonderful sweet breakfast toasts. And how good fragrant fresh buns are simply with a cup of freshly brewed hot tea, coffee, or a glass of cold milk. Impossible to resist! The buns are tender, fluffy, and incredibly airy—be sure to try them. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
