
Sweet pizza with pineapple
Description
The recipe will not take much time. Treat your loved ones or guests to a true culinary surprise. Tender dough with a juicy, aromatic filling—you taste both sweetness and a pleasant piquant tang; the combination is perfect! The pizza turns out quite unconventional but very delicious! Do not dwell on rules or traditions—make it and you will be pleasantly surprised by how beautifully all the ingredients go together. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all ingredients according to the list. The condensed milk for the sauce should be thick enough; I use homemade condensed milk. Adjust the amount of fruit and sugar to your taste.

Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into pieces. Transfer to the blender jar.

Finely chop.

Combine condensed milk and sour cream. Mix. Add 2 tsp of the resulting cream made from condensed milk and sour cream to the grated apple.

Sprinkle parchment paper or a special baking mat with flour. Place the dough on it and roll it out thinly. Prick the dough all over with a fork.

Spread the dough with the prepared apple filling.

Arrange the sliced pineapple.

I added kiwi to the pineapple, but you can add peeled orange segments or lingonberries.

Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and drizzle the remaining sour cream and condensed milk cream on top (it does not run in the oven). Bake the pizza in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Five minutes before it was done, I turned on the grill setting so the top browned nicely.
