Lightly Salted Pink Salmon
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. With this recipe, you can try making salmon or trout. My pink salmon turned out wonderfully, absolutely finger-licking good. An excellent topping for sandwiches; it can definitely be served on a festive table or at a buffet. And most importantly, when you prepare the fish yourself, you know everything is fresh and there is nothing unnecessary in the ingredients. You can store this fish for about a week in the refrigerator. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the fish well and pat it dry. Separate the fillet from the bones and scales. Remove the small bones with tweezers. Cut the fillet into pieces.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade in a saucepan. To do this, mix water with spices, salt, and honey. Boil the marinade for a few minutes after it comes to a boil, then let it cool.

Step 3

Place the fish in a container. Pour the marinade over it and close the lid. Refrigerate and let it marinate for three hours.

Step 4

After the allotted time, take out the fish and drain all the marinade. We won’t need it anymore. Rinse and pat the fillets dry.

Step 5

For long-term storage, the fish can be covered with vegetable oil and sealed with a tight lid. It is best to choose a glass container. Enjoy your tasting!
