Mackerel baked in mustard-soy sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I highly recommend marinating the fish in the sauce for at least half an hour before baking. However, if you're short on time, you can place it straight into the oven. Cutting the fish into portion-sized pieces allows mackerel to absorb the sauce's flavor and aroma better. But for a festive table, for example, you can bake the fish whole. The ready dish can be served.
