Thaw the mackerel, gut it, and cut into several pieces.

Rub the pieces with salt, crushed pepper, add lemon juice, mix, and let the juice be absorbed.

Peel the zucchini and onion, then slice both into half-rings. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Place the mackerel alternately with zucchini and onion in a baking dish. Spread the surface with sour cream, arrange the tomatoes on top, and add salt to taste.

Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. About 5-6 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. As soon as the cheese melts, remove from the oven. Serve immediately.
