
Mackerel in milk

The recipe won't take much time. Mackerel cooked in milk is very simple to prepare. By the way, you can also cook it in a multicooker using this recipe. The fish turns out aromatic and incredibly tender, in a wonderful sauce with vegetables. This dish is tasty and healthy for both adults and children. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for cooking mackerel in milk.

Gut the mackerel, cut off the head and fins. Remove the black membrane from the belly cavity, and thoroughly wash the fish inside and out.

Cut the mackerel into portion pieces.

Peel the onion, wash it, and cut into pieces of arbitrary size. I cut mine into half-rings.

Peel the carrots, wash them, and chop finely. Add to the pan with the onion.

Pour in the sunflower oil and sauté the vegetables for 8–10 minutes over low heat, stirring.

Then place the vegetables in a heatproof dish and sprinkle with a little salt. You can add spices.

Place pieces of mackerel on the vegetables. Salt the fish.
