Mackerel in Onion Skins
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Mackerel in onion skins disappears quickly from any festive table, as it makes an excellent appetizer with alcoholic drinks. It tastes even better when you make it yourself, but there is not always time or opportunity to prepare cold-smoked mackerel. That is why I am offering you a recipe for mackerel in onion skins that will let you cook the fish so it is very close in flavor to smoked fish—and all in just 2 hours. So hurry to the store for fish, and I will tell you. Serve with herbs and sauce.
