Mackerel in Mustard Marinade
Description
It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. You can buy salted mackerel in any store these days. But no one can guarantee that it will be good quality or prepared under proper sanitary conditions. So there’s a simple solution—salt the mackerel yourself. It’s very easy. Serve it with herbs and sauce.
