Mackerel in foil in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. What I love about cooking fish is that it doesn't require much effort. You take the fish and bake it. To prepare mackerel in foil in the oven, we'll need fresh fish. Mackerel is very healthy and delicious—not only canned, but baked as well. First, gut the fish, rinse it, and remove all the unwanted parts. See the recipe below. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

As for spices, I recommend taking a pepper mix—whole allspice, ground black pepper, and any other types you can find.

Step 2

Generously season the fish with spices. Wrap it properly in foil. Place in the oven for about 35 minutes at 190°C. Meanwhile, chop fresh vegetables for serving.

Step 3

You can chop some herbs, add onion, tomatoes, and a lemon slice—they go perfectly with fish. Open the foil and let the fish bake for another 10 minutes to form a golden crust. Our mackerel baked in foil is ready! Garnish with vegetables and serve.
