
Mackerel in foil
Description
Baking fish in the oven doesn't take much time. Just clean the fish, add the remaining ingredients, and bake! That's it! As a side dish for the baked fish, you can prepare rustic-style potatoes or simply boil them. Fresh vegetables would also go well.

Before starting the preparation, gather all the necessary ingredients. Clean the mackerel from the innards in advance. Cut off the head and tail. Rinse the fish under running water. Pat dry.

Make cuts on the fish. Salt it inside.

Finely chop the parsley.

Fill the mackerel inside with chopped herbs.

Line a baking dish with foil, grease it with vegetable oil, and place the fish inside.

Separately slice the lemon, onion, and tomatoes thinly.

Insert onion, lemon, and tomatoes into the slits on the fish.

Place the remaining slices around the fish. Sprinkle everything on top with salt and spices. You can also drizzle some oil on top.

Wrap the fish in foil and place it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
