Mackerel in the oven with potatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Mackerel is a versatile fish, as it can be used to make many different dishes. I suggest preparing baked mackerel with a side dish for dinner. The result is tasty, tender, and very aromatic, and thanks to the fat released from the mackerel during baking, the potatoes turn out exceptionally juicy. Once ready, the dish can be served at the table.
