Salted mackerel in pieces
Description
Salting mackerel is not difficult; you will only need vegetable oil, vinegar or vinegar essence, spices, and a little mustard for a touch of piquancy. To prepare salted mackerel in pieces, you can use any onion (red or white). It is important that the water be filtered and cold; you can also use boiled water (it should be cold as well). Serve with herbs and sauce.
