
Mackerel with vegetables in foil
Description
This is a classic recipe for mackerel with vegetables wrapped in foil, which can optionally be supplemented with potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, or zucchini—any vegetables of your choice. You can also vary the flavor of the dish by using different fish seasonings.

1. Wash the fish and clean out the innards and fins. If desired, you can also remove the head.

2. Peel the onion and carrot, then chop them. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables. Sauté for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
