Mackerel with lemon and onion baked in the oven
Description
In this recipe, the onion and lemon serve as a bed for the fish, imparting their aroma and flavor. When serving, you can discard them and present only the fish. I recommend fanning out the fish or slicing it into pieces. If you prefer to bake it whole, add a few slices of onion and lemon inside. Let the baked fish cool before serving. You can also freeze the baked fish for several weeks.
