Dutch-Style Mackerel

Description

Perfect with a meal and with drinks. I first made Dutch-style mackerel by accident. I like the taste of Dutch-style herring, and once again at the fish market I was looking for herring, but for some reason I bought mackerel. When I got home, there was nothing else to do. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
