Mackerel stuffed and baked in foil
Description
Mackerel is not only a tasty fish but also a healthy one—it's rich in B vitamins and has few bones. This makes it quite suitable for baking, as the fish is fatty and won't turn out too dry. For preparing stuffed mackerel baked in foil, use medium-sized fish—preferably fresh, though frozen will work too. This dish is perfect for fasting holidays, just remember to replace butter with vegetable oil.
