Scones with orange zest and raisins
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Orange zest and raisin scones make a perfect addition to your tea time. They turn out moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. These scones can be sliced in half and spread with butter or jam (or served whole). Be careful not to overbake them—just let them turn slightly golden. Optionally, you can add poppy seeds to the dough or dust the finished scones with powdered sugar.
