Sage syrup

30 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The antimicrobial effect of sage is due to the presence of tannins and flavonoid compounds. In folk medicine, sage leaves are used for pharyngitis, tonsillitis, gingivitis, colds, and flu. I'll tell you how to properly and quickly prepare sage syrup—just follow my instructions and stay healthy! Don't store the syrup for too long; it's better to make a fresh batch when needed.
