Viburnum syrup
Description
Making syrup from viburnum is very simple and quick. To remove the specific bitterness of this berry, freeze it for 24 hours. If you don't have a blender, pass the viburnum through a meat grinder. The syrup not only has a pleasant, sweet-and-sour taste, but also helps prevent colds and supports heart and blood vessels. Good luck and stay healthy!
