Sea bass with Dijon mustard

45 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Sea bass is not a very cheap fish, but that doesn't mean you can't use this recipe. Instead of sea bass, you can use carp or any other fresh fish you prefer. The fish should be gutted, then marinated for 30 minutes in dried garlic, and then covered with a sauce made of sour cream, mustard, and lemon juice. The fish needs to bake for only 30–40 minutes. It turns out very tender, with a delicious and flavorful sauce.
