1. Grind the almonds thoroughly in a blender.

2. In a deep bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, and vanilla sugar.

7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, knead it with your hands for 5 minutes, then roll it out. Use cookie cutters to cut out the cookies. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the cookies on it. Brush the cookies on top with a mixture of milk and 2 egg yolks.
