Description

In the wonderful country of Switzerland, the cuisines of France, Germany, and Italy blend together. This dish can be attributed to Italian cuisine, as many Italian dishes are made from cornmeal. The recipe for this casserole is very simple. You can use various types of sausage for this dish—semi-smoked, dry-smoked, or even add bacon, pieces of fried or roasted meat.
