Jellied pike
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. I have prepared instructions on how it can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Cook the broth. Pour two liters of water over the heads and tails of bream and pike. Bring to a boil. Skim off the foam and reduce the heat. Add bay leaf, pepper, salt, parsley, and dill. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the pike and cut it into large pieces. Add it to the broth and cook for another 20 minutes. Then set the fish aside and strain the broth. Dissolve the gelatin in it. Remove the bones from the pike.

Step 3

Boil and chop the carrots in advance. Arrange the pieces of fish on plates. Pour in broth to half the volume. Garnish the dishes with carrots, herbs, and lemon. Let the dish cool completely. Then top up with broth and leave it in the refrigerator.
