Pike in pots
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I had a small piece of pike tail, weighing about 400 grams, which was just enough for two pots. For more servings, use a whole pike and increase the amount of vegetables proportionally. The dish turns out exceptionally delicious—you can confidently serve pike in pots even at a festive table. The ready dish can be served.
