Pork strudel
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. I use yeast-free puff pastry, which bakes well, so there's no need to fuss over it. For the filling, I use homemade minced pork made from whole pieces of meat, not store-bought. The baked goods turn out tasty and aromatic, with a golden crust. Serve with tea or coffee.
