Strudel with meat, potatoes, and cabbage
Description
Ideal for tea and coffee. In this case I use pork as the meat, but you can use beef or chicken. If the filling seems a bit bland, add a spicy tomato sauce or your favorite spices. Such a strudel can easily replace a main dish; it’s tasty and truly hearty. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
