    1. First, carry out the next two steps simultaneously: mix the sifted flour with the eggs and stir. Simmer the spinach with a pinch of salt and garlic (optional). Then blend it in a blender and cool the purée.

    2. Add the purée to the flour and mix. This is the dough for spinach pasta we've got. Leave it on the counter for 10-15 minutes to rest.

    3. Then divide into 4-5 parts, roll out each one very thinly.

    4. Cut the dough with a sharp knife. The pasta is ready :) All that's left is to boil it in salted water and serve.
