Spinach in Béchamel Sauce
Description
Spinach in béchamel sauce is quick and easy to prepare. It bakes until a golden crust forms on top. You can sprinkle cheese on top if you like, but I chose not to. The spinach releases its juice, soaks up the béchamel sauce, and this combination is absolutely delicious! In a restaurant, I wanted to order another serving—or even two—but instead I decided to find a recipe and make spinach in béchamel sauce at home. I succeeded! You should definitely give it a try.
