Spinach in Lavash
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can wrap anything in lavash; I've even tried salads wrapped in thin Armenian lavash and served at the table—it's delicious and very original. You can prepare several variations, for example, meat, vegetable, mushroom, and cheese fillings.
Instructions

Step 1

1. My spinach is frozen, so I thaw it and squeeze out the excess water well. I put it in a skillet, add a few drops of water, and braise for a couple of minutes.

Step 2

2. I unfold the lavash and spread it generously with sour cream so the filling stays juicy.

Step 3

3. With a spoon, I transfer the spinach from the skillet and spread it in the center in a thin layer.

Step 4

4. Remove the brynza from the package and crumble it with your hands, then spread it over the spinach and lightly press down with a fork.

Step 5

5. I roll up the flat roll and press it firmly. I do the same with the second lavash.

Step 6

6. Line the baking dish with foil, lay out the lavash, and spread it with sour cream.

Step 7

7. I bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes. The lavash turns out juicy, with a golden crust.
