Since the cake itself is very delicate, you don't need to slice it—simply serve it in cups like regular mousse. This cake is so delicious it doesn't need any extra embellishments. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water according to the instructions on the package.

Prepare the cake base: break the cookies into pieces and grind them in a blender into fine crumbs.
