Chocolate sauce from cocoa

Description

The recipe won't take much time. This chocolate sauce is perfect for baking, as well as excellent for fruit and berry desserts. It's also simply wonderful with creamy cottage cheese and creamy desserts. But what I like most is that this treat takes only 10 minutes to prepare. Serve chilled.

   In a saucepan or skillet, combine sugar and cocoa.

   Place the saucepan over heat, stir the mixture, pour in the water, and add salt and vanilla extract.

   After boiling, cook the mixture for 3-4 minutes. The sauce should thicken. Use the treat immediately or store it in a glass jar.
