Chocolate sauce is the most popular among sweet sauces. Prepared sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

1. First of all, mix the eggs, sugar, and cocoa. Rub this mixture well until it becomes smooth and uniform.

Step 2

2. Place a frying pan over low heat and add the butter. When the butter has melted, add the flour and quickly mix thoroughly. At the end of cooking, the flour should combine with the butter, thicken, and turn golden in color.

Step 3

3. Pour the milk in a thin stream into the fried flour, stirring constantly. Cook until smooth, making sure there are no lumps. At the end of cooking, the mixture should thicken.

Step 4

4. Carefully pour the sugar-egg mixture into the pan with milk. Constantly stir the mixture. Bring the sauce to a boil, but do not let it boil. Remove any sauce residue from the sides of the pan. If a film forms and cooks on the sides, it will spoil the sauce's taste. The sauce is ready. Let it cool.
