Chocolate Roll (Best Recipe)
Description
This roll can be prepared not only as a treat to serve with tea or coffee, but also as a dessert for a festive table—it looks absolutely stunning when sliced. The chocolate aroma will delight any sweet tooth, but if desired, you can add some orange zest or vanilla to the batter for an incredible fragrance. For the filling, I recommend using whipped cream beaten to stiff peaks or very thick sour cream whipped together with cottage cheese—this will make the roll wonderfully tender. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
