
Chocolate cookie roll

This beautiful and sweet chocolate biscuit roll will come in handy for those of you who, for some reason, don't want to bother with baking, but really crave something sweet with tea. Remember those creamy cookie sausages we used to make as kids? This roll is from the same category of desserts. A little more effort, and you get a very attractive, delicious, and original roll.

Grind the shortbread cookies into fine crumbs. You can use a blender or pass them through a meat grinder.

Add cocoa to the crumbs and mix. If the cookies are not very sweet, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Now pour warm water or milk into the resulting mixture.
