Chocolate Gingerbread
Description
The baking is simple and quick. This gingerbread (or rather, a cake) is very filling and incredibly delicious, combining a whole range of different flavors. The leading note here is prunes soaked in rum. Although, you can replace the prunes with other dried fruits and soak them not in rum, but, for example, in apple juice. The dough itself is also very tasty and aromatic, thanks to the addition of gingerbread spices, cocoa, honey, and jam. On top, this wonderful gingerbread is covered with a chocolate glaze. Be sure to prepare this delightful treat and delight your family. Serve it with tea or coffee.
