
Chocolate cake with cottage cheese
Description

Add the dry mixture to the bowl with the egg-oil mixture, add the sour cream, reserving 2 tablespoons. Mix gently.

Separately mix the cottage cheese with the egg, remaining sugar, and sour cream. Add cornstarch. Add a little vanilla extract if desired. Stir in a handful of chocolate chips and mix again.
