
Chocolate Kefir Cake in a Multicooker
Description
Homemade baking to go with tea. Even a child can make a chocolate kefir cake in a multicooker. Just combine all the ingredients, mix, and pour the batter into the multicooker bowl. After that you only need to wait for the beep, and in the meantime you can get on with your own things. You can add any dried fruit, nuts, or candied peel to the batter. Save this recipe for later. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Then add kefir and baking soda, and stir everything together.

Add the flour and cocoa.

Mix everything once more until smooth and homogeneous.

Pour the dough into an oiled multicooker bowl. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina beforehand. Cook on the «Bake» setting until the audible signal sounds.

The chocolate kefir cake in the multi-cooker is done. Let it cool a little, then carefully lift it out using the steaming basket/container.

If you like, you can dust the finished pie with powdered sugar; I drizzled mine with chocolate glaze.
