Chocolate oat pancake with cottage cheese and banana filling
Description
This simple, hearty, and moderately caloric recipe will appeal to fans of healthy eating. The pancake and filling are not sweet, so serve with sweet syrups, honey, or homemade jam on the side.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Use finely ground flakes.
- 2
Step 2

Transfer the flakes to a deep bowl and add the chicken egg. I recommend grinding half of the flakes in a coffee grinder or adding oat flour to them.
- 3
Step 3

Add the cocoa powder, pour in the milk. I don't add sugar, but you can add a little if you like.
- 4
Step 4

Beat the batter with a fork or whisk. It will turn out slightly runny.
- 5
Step 5

Grease a small-diameter frying pan with vegetable oil, pour the oat batter into it. Cook the oat pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side over low heat.
- 6
Step 6

Spread soft cottage cheese on half of the ready-made pancake, then place banana slices on top.
- 7
Step 7

Fold the oat pancake in half and serve with syrups, jam, or honey.
