Chocolate mousse with gelatin
Description
To make chocolate mousse, mix egg yolks beaten with sugar, melted chocolate, whipped cream, and softened gelatin that has been soaked and dissolved over low heat. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 hours. Once set, scoop the mousse into balls using a spoon (like ice cream), and serve. Alternatively, you can pour the unset mousse into molds and chill until firm.
