
Healthy Chocolate Mousse

The recipe won't take much time. Diet chocolate mousse is the perfect dessert for those who don't want to gain weight. It's very tasty and low in calories, and can even be served at a children's party, sprinkled with white chocolate or coconut flakes. Serve chilled.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Replace sugar with erythritol, stevia syrup, or a sugar substitute.

Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the gelatin in it. Let it sit for 5 minutes to swell, then stir again.

Pour the ryazhenka into a deep container, add the liquid with gelatin, and sprinkle in the sugar or sweetener and cocoa powder. Blend everything with an immersion blender for about 1–2 minutes.

Pour the chocolate mixture into glasses or cups and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or preferably leave overnight until completely set.
