Jamie Oliver's Chocolate Mousse
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use only high-quality chocolate for the mousse; milk or porous chocolate is not suitable as it will separate into flakes due to the high amount of additives. The mousse should be made only with fresh, thoroughly washed eggs. Serve chilled.
