Chocolate mousse
Description
Chocolate mousse is made from chocolate and cream. The mixer does most of the work in preparing the mousse; everything else you can handle in no time. You can substitute vanilla extract with vanilla sugar, but you'll need to look for almond extract. If you like sweeter mousse, add a few tablespoons of sugar.
