Chocolate semolina cake with cherries
Description
The recipe won’t take long. For mannik (semolina cake), use fine semolina if you can — it turns out more tender. Adjust the sugar and cocoa to taste; you can also add cinnamon or vanilla — they go very well with mannik. You can make mannik with fresh cherries after pitting them. Serve with tea or coffee.
