Chocolate semolina cake with chocolate
Description
The semolina cake turns out very tender and intensely chocolatey. While the cake is still warm, the chocolate inside will be liquid, then it will thicken as it cools. If you use light, airy chocolate, the chocolate layer will stay on top; if you use regular chocolate, it will sink to the middle or lower part. If you prefer less sweetness, choose dark chocolate. The finer the semolina you use, the more delicate the texture of the cake will be. You can also make it as small muffins, but bake them in disposable paper liners. If checking doneness with a toothpick, insert it near the edge where there is no chocolate. The baked goods are ready. Serve at once.
