1. The process is actually quite simple and won't take more than 10 minutes. In a small saucepan or skillet, combine a cup of sugar and water, place over heat and warm until the sugar dissolves completely.

2. Add cocoa (use good, high-quality cocoa, as it determines the taste of the liqueur) and mix thoroughly. Then pour in the remaining water and vodka.

3. Pour the liqueur into a bottle. For a creamier taste, I recommend adding a little condensed milk. Cover the finished liqueur with a lid and refrigerate. This is a delicious drink that is sure to be appreciated by everyone, not just girls!
